Our posters are produced individually for you. Because of that, personalized orders generally do not carry a statutory withdrawal right.

No withdrawal right for personalized products
Mapelina creates your poster only after your individual choices of place, crop, colors, text, paper, size, and optional frame. These goods are not prefabricated and are clearly tailored to your personal choices.
For that reason, there is generally no statutory withdrawal right for such orders under German law for personalized goods.

If you need to correct an order
If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately. As long as printing and fulfillment have not started yet, we will check what can still be changed.
