Personalized goods

Your poster is manufactured from your individual choices of location, crop, colors, text, paper, and size. It is not prefabricated and is produced to your specifications.

For consumers in Germany, such individually manufactured goods generally fall under the exception in section 312g(2)(1) BGB, meaning there is no statutory withdrawal right where the statutory conditions are met.

Defects and damage

• statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected
• we will assist with shipping damage, incorrect products, or production defects
• contact us as soon as practical at support@mapelina.com and include photos where useful

Corrections immediately after ordering

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us straight away. We will check whether a correction is still possible before production starts, but cannot promise changes once production has begun.
