These terms govern the design and purchase of personalized map posters from Mapelina.

Scope

Mapelina offers personalized map posters in the sizes and paper options currently available in the configurator.

Contract formation

The configurator display is not yet a binding offer. By completing Stripe checkout you submit an order. The contract is formed when we accept the order; the order confirmation records receipt and the current order status.

Personalization

You are responsible for reviewing the selected location, text, and design details in the preview before ordering. This does not affect your rights regarding production or display defects that are not caused by your selected information.

Production and delivery

Printing and shipping are performed through a fulfillment provider. Delivery windows are estimates unless expressly stated as binding dates.

Withdrawal and defects

Individually manufactured goods may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right under section 312g(2)(1) BGB where the statutory conditions are met. Statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.
