If your poster arrives damaged or with a production issue, the resolution should be fast and straightforward.

Shipping damage or production issues

Please report visible damage, wrong items, or print defects as soon as possible by email to support@example.com, ideally including photos.

How we handle complaints

  • we review the case based on your order and the submitted images
  • where justified, we arrange a replacement or another appropriate remedy
  • your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected

Important distinction

The exclusion of withdrawal for personalized goods does not remove defect rights. Faulty or damaged goods are treated as a complaint, not as a voluntary return.
